Can I change or cancel my order?
Once your order has been confirmed, we will process it immediately. Unfortunately, it will not be possible to make any changes once the order has been placed.
Has my order been taken into account?
An order confirmation will be sent to you immediately by email after payment of your order. If you cannot find it, we invite you to check your spam folder.
How do I track my package?
An email will be sent to you as soon as your package is shipped, containing a link to track its progress.

What are the delivery times?
We are committed to providing fast and careful delivery: this is why we dispatch all orders placed before 1 p.m. the same day.
Beyond this time, they will be shipped the next business day and delivered on average within 2 to 5 business days.
What are the delivery costs?
Delivery costs depend on the chosen carrier and the destination country, and are estimated when confirming your delivery address.
Shipping is free to most countries we ship to. However, minimum order values may vary depending on the destination.

Exchanges, returns & refunds
Can I exchange my order?
If you wish to return an item to change size, color, or exchange it for another item, place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
Can I make a return if an item does not suit me?
You have 14 days to return your pair of shoes from the day you received them. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after this period.
Do I need to include a document in my return package?
Once your return request has been processed by our customer service, we invite you to download and complete our return form , then include it in your return package.
When will I receive my refund?
The refund will be made, via the initial payment method, within a maximum of 15 days following receipt of your returned package, subject to compliance with all return conditions.
