However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days after receipt to return it to us.

Please note: Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and we do not provide return labels. You can ship your package using the carrier of your choice. After 14 days, no returns will be accepted.

Return conditions:

For your return to be accepted, the items must:

• To be in perfect condition, in their original packaging
• They must not have been tried outside nor show any signs of wear (dirt, rubbing, visible marks, etc.).
• To be free of any trace of makeup, hair, stains or tears
• Include all items received: thank you cards, tags, bag

How do I make a return?

1. Please inform us by email at: hello@iniashoes.com to report your return.
2. Download, print and fill out our return form . This must be placed in the returned package at the address indicated on the form.
3. Ship your parcel via the carrier of your choice (no returns to collection points will be accepted).

Returns are processed within 14 business days of receiving your package and proof of postage. The refund will be issued via the original payment method.

Key points

We reserve the right to reject returns if they are shipped beyond the specified return period, if they are sent to a different address than the one indicated, if the boxes are missing, if the items are in an unsaleable condition or have already been worn.

Any return deemed abusive will be sent back to the sender.

If you fail to comply with our return conditions, we will be forced to reship the items to your delivery address, at your expense for delivery and processing costs.
