General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)

Article 1. Scope of application

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all orders placed on the website www.iniashoes.com , operated by TINY CORP. By validating an order, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

Article 2. Products

The products offered for sale are those listed on the Site on the day of consultation by the Customer, within the limits of available stock.

Each product is presented with a description outlining its essential characteristics and visuals. Inia strives to represent product characteristics as accurately as possible.

Article 3. Price

The prices displayed on the Site are in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT), excluding delivery charges. Inia reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be billed based on the price in effect at the time the order is validated.

Any order shipped outside of France may be subject to taxes and customs duties, payable upon arrival of the package in the destination country.

Any customs duties and taxes related to delivery are the responsibility of the customer, who assumes full liability for them. Inia is not obligated to verify the amount or inform its customers of these charges.

Article 4. Order

Orders are placed exclusively online via the website www.iniashoes.com and are managed directly by Inia.

4.1. Ordering Process

To place an order, the Customer must choose the product(s) of their choice, add them to the virtual cart by indicating the desired quantities, variants, and click on the "Add to cart" button.

The Customer must go to the "Shopping Cart" page and once the contents of the shopping cart have been checked, they must click on the "Confirm my order" button.

The customer must then enter their email address to log in or continue as a guest.

If the Customer has an account, they must fill in the "password" field and then click on the "log in" button.

If the Customer does not have an account, they must follow the steps provided to enter the information necessary for the order, and can choose whether or not they want to receive promotional offers by email and/or SMS, then click on the "order now" button.

The Customer must then provide a precise delivery address, as well as their personal details and click on the "validate" button.

Inia is not responsible for the authenticity or accuracy of the information provided by the Client.

Inia cannot be held responsible for any errors in the contact details provided by the Client.

The Customer must also choose one of the delivery methods offered.

Before clicking the "Validate" button, the Customer has the opportunity to check the details of their Order and its total price and to return to the previous pages to correct any errors or possibly modify their Order.

Order confirmation implies acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and formation of the contract with Inia.

All orders constitute acceptance of the prices and items as described on the Website available for sale.

An order confirmation email is sent by Inia to the Customer, with a summary of the order.

Inia retains ownership of the items until full payment of the order, i.e., until Inia receives payment for the order.

4.2. Modifying the order after confirmation

Any modification to information submitted during the ordering process, requested after confirmation, is subject to acceptance by Inia, which will make its best efforts to verify if the modification is feasible and any potential additional costs.

4.3. Order Confirmation

Inia reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute relating to payment for a previous order or who presents any form of risk in its view.

Inia reserves the right to refuse any order for legitimate reasons and, in particular, if the quantities of products ordered are unavailable or abnormally high for buyers with the status of consumer.

Inia. undertakes to fulfill orders received on the website only within the limits of available stock.

If one or more of the ordered items are unavailable, Inia will inform the customer as soon as possible and, if applicable, issue a refund within 14 days of receiving payment. The customer's order will then be automatically cancelled.

Article 5. Payment

5.1. Origin of payment

Metropolitan France

Payment for purchases is made according to the customer's choice:

  • By bank card: Visa, MasterCard, Carte Bleue, issued in France, American Express
  • by Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay

5.2. Payment validation

Payment is validated upon receipt of additional information requested in the case of payment by bank card requiring further verification. 

The payment of the Order by the Customer is irrevocable, subject to the right of withdrawal, and constitutes the conclusion of the sales contract with Inia.

Once payment has been made and the order has been definitively validated, an email confirming the order, indicating the products ordered and a possible delivery date, will be sent to the Customer.

The order will only be considered final upon Inia sending the confirmation email, and the sale of the product(s) will only be considered after payment of the corresponding price.

In the event of delivery of products and non-payment, Inia reserves the right to claim ownership of the delivered product(s).

Article 6. Delivery

6.1. Delivery Zones

Currently, Inia ships its products to:

6.2. Processing and shipping time

Orders placed before 1 p.m. (Paris time) Monday to Friday are usually shipped the same day. This timeframe is provided for informational purposes only and cannot be guaranteed in the following cases:

  • Exceptional peak in activity (first day of sales, launch of collections, etc.)
  • Public holiday in France
  • Anti-fraud verification procedure on the Customer's order

The shipments are then taken over by a transport provider who ensures transport to the delivery address indicated by the Customer, or the parcel relay selected by the Customer.

The delivery times indicated on our website have been provided to us by the transport providers and are purely indicative. Exceeding these delivery times cannot under any circumstances be held against Inia, nor will it give rise to termination of the contract or any compensation for damages.

The risks of transport are borne by the Customer from the moment the goods leave the warehouse. The Customer must check the condition of the packaging and the conformity of the delivered items and immediately notify Inia of any anomalies.

Goods are shipped from mainland France. If the country of delivery is not part of the European Union, customs duties may be payable by the customer.

6.3. Enhanced security during shipments

Orders are sent to the address provided by the Customer at the time of purchase. It is the Customer's responsibility to provide all necessary information to ensure smooth delivery (exact address, floor, entry code, name on the mailbox, authorized recipient, etc.).
In the event of incomplete or incorrect information, Inia. cannot be held responsible for any failure or delay in delivery.
In the event of specific requests made by the Customer directly to the carrier (such as: leaving the package in front of a door, in a mailbox, at a neighbor's house or any other unsecured location), Inia. declines all responsibility in the event of loss, theft or damage to the package after its delivery.
The delivery will then be considered effective as soon as the carrier has confirmed the dropping off or handing over of the package according to the customer's instructions.

6.4. Delivery Delay

If the said items have not been delivered within 7 working days from the scheduled delivery date when the order was placed, and if this delay is not due to a case of force majeure or to an act attributable to the delivery service provider (in particular in the case of an option for delivery to a relay point), the Customer may request the cancellation of their order.

The sums paid by the Client will then be fully refunded.

6.5. Order tracking

Inia provides its customers with order tracking.

The items will be considered received by the Customer as soon as the delivery is confirmed by the carrier or the collection point confirms the collection of the package by the Customer.

In both cases, Inia will not issue any order refunds.

Otherwise, Inia reserves the right to assess the validity of the delivery failure before issuing a refund. Shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Your package will only be handed over by the carrier upon presentation of your ID and signature. Therefore, the carrier's tracking information serves as proof of your receipt.

6.6. Verification of products upon receipt

Upon receipt of their package, the Customer is invited to check the condition and conformity of the delivered products.
Any anomaly (missing item, damaged product, open or damaged package, order error) must be reported to Inia within a maximum of 48 hours after receipt, by email or via the contact form.

After this period, no claims will be accepted.

Article 7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.

To exercise this right, the Customer must notify their decision to withdraw before the expiry of the aforementioned period by email: hello@iniashoes.com

The product must be returned in its original condition, unworn, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Article 8. Reimbursement

The refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product, via the original payment method.

The customer is required to keep the proof of postage provided by the carrier when returning their package. In the event of loss of the returned package, Inia will not issue any refund.

Article 9. Guarantees

The products benefit from the legal guarantees of conformity (articles L217-4 to L217-14 of the Consumer Code) and against hidden defects (articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code).

Article 10. Responsibilities

Inia cannot be held responsible for indirect damages that may arise from the purchase of the products.

Article 12. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken. Failing that, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
