Order preparation

Orders placed before 1:00 p.m. (Paris time) from Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same day. This deadline is given for information purposes only and may not be met in the following cases:

• Exceptional peak in activity (first day of sales, launch of collections, etc.)
• Public holiday in France
  

The shipments are then taken care of by a transport provider who ensures transport to the indicated delivery address or the selected relay point.
