Order preparation
Orders placed before 1:00 PM (Paris time) Monday to Friday are usually shipped the same day. This timeframe is provided for informational purposes only and cannot be guaranteed in the following cases:
- Exceptional peak in activity (first day of sales, launch of collections, etc.)
- Public holiday in France
The shipments are then taken over by a transport provider who ensures transport to the indicated delivery address or the selected relay point.
