Return policy
We hope you love your Inia shoes as much as we do.
However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days after receipt to return it to us.
Please note: Return shipping costs are at your expense, and we do not provide a return label. You can post your package with the carrier of your choice. After the 14-day period, no returns will be accepted.
Return conditions:
For your return to be validated, items must:
- Be in perfect condition, in their original packaging
- Not have been tried on outdoors or show any signs of wear (dirt, scuffing, visible marks, etc.)
- Be free of any traces of makeup, hair, stains or tears
- Include all items received: thank you cards, labels, pouch
How to make a return?
- Inform us by email at: hello@iniashoes.com to notify us of your return.
- Ship your package via the carrier of your choice (no returns to relay points will be accepted).
Returns are processed within 14 business days of receipt of your package and proof of deposit. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
Important points
We reserve the right to reject returns if they are shipped beyond the specified return period, if they are sent to an address other than the one indicated, if boxes are missing, if items are in an unsaleable or already worn condition.
Any return deemed abusive will be sent back to the sender.
In case of non-compliance with our return conditions, we will be obliged to reship the items to your delivery address, at your expense for delivery and processing fees.
In the event of a package not being collected voluntarily or returned to the sender due to non-collection, no refund can be made. A credit note, valid throughout our store, will be issued instead.
