Return policy
We hope you love your Inia shoes as much as we love them.
However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days after receipt to return it to us.
Please note: Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and we do not provide a return label. You can post your package with the carrier of your choice. No returns will be accepted after the 14-day period.
Return conditions:
For your return to be validated, the items must:
- Be in perfect condition, in their original packaging (shoe box included)
- Not have been tried on outdoors or show any signs of wear (dirt, rubbing, visible marks, etc.
- Be free of any traces of makeup, hair, stains or tears
- Include all items received: thank you cards, labels, pouch
How to make a return?
- Inform us by email at: hello@iniashoes.com to report your return.
- Download, print and complete our return form . This must be placed in the package returned to the address indicated on the form.
- Send your package via the carrier of your choice (no returns to relay points will be accepted).
Returns are processed within 14 business days of receipt of your package and proof of return. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Key points
We reserve the right to reject returns if they are shipped beyond the specified return period, if they are sent to a different address than the one indicated, if the shoe box is missing, if the items are in unsellable condition or if they are previously worn.
Any return deemed abusive will be returned to the sender.
If you do not comply with our return conditions, we will be forced to reship the items to your delivery address, subject to delivery and handling costs at your expense.
